2. Preparation: A rubber sheet will be placed under your lips to keep your teeth visible and accessible.
3. Attachment Placement: Tooth-coloured attachments, which help guide the aligners, will be bonded to your teeth. This involves cleaning each tooth and using a customized template to precisely place the attachments. An LED curing light will then set them in place.
4. Creating Space Between Teeth: To ensure the aligners fit perfectly, your dentist may need to create small spaces between your teeth using an ultrafine polishing bur. This step may occur over several weeks, depending on your treatment plan.
5. Aligner Instructions: After the preparation, your dentist will instruct you on how to wear and care for your aligners to maximize the effectiveness of your treatment.
6. Follow-Up Appointments: Regular follow-ups will be scheduled to monitor your progress, address any issues, and answer further questions.
