I am so happy that three years ago I came here for the first time. I had loads of anxiety about dental treatments due to my past poor experiences. For me this was a complete game changer. Dr Shefali fixed my teeth and I even did the Invisalign treatment and now I have the teeth I always wanted. The whole team is very professional, patient oriented, and always providing the best care. I had a root canal treatment with Dr. Shwaita and it was an outstanding experience. I didn’t feel a thing throughout the procedure. My experience was excellent. I am a nervous patient, whatever treatment I'm having. The team dealt with that extremely well. They were calm and reassuring. The treatment, a check up and clean, was carried out professionally and efficiently. I was given information about the health of my teeth and gums and also given advice on how to keep them healthy. I would definitely recommend Londent for dental treatment.

The team at Londent is excellent. Dr Patel consistently provides me with stellar service. He identified and escalated an ongoing issue I had with an old root canal which resulted in requiring a re-root canal with a recommended specialist (who was also amazing). Without getting this procedure, I could have suffered severe implications, so for that alone I would highly recommend his expertise!

I am the worst of awful dental patients. I am so scared of dental work, after many years of work as a child.Dr Sian Li is endlessly patient with my anxiety and is always reassuring. She'll offer choices like sedation, or adrenaline-free local anesthetic (so you don't get that horrible shakiness later!)Look after your teeth, go here if you're anxious!

I've been going to Londent Oral Care for a few years now and I'm very happy with them. The dentist is friendly and takes time to check all my teeth, gives good recommendations. My teeth have been healthy and I feel I can trust him. I'm not scared anymore of going to the dentist and I know it's very important.The recommended frequency for my checkups is also fair, I think. Highly recommended.

Always a pleasure to visit this dental practise.The booking/payment process is so easy to do and the practise is spotlessly clean.From the moment you walk through the door you're greeted with extremely friendly and pleasant staff and a warm smile. I’ve been going to Londent since I moved to London and still see Shefali even since we moved out the area. Recently I completed a course of Invisalign with then and am so pleased with the results! Dr Shefali Sood and Invisalign worked wonders on my teeth - I was always very self conscious of them in the past but love my smile now. Highly recommend Londent Oral Care - it's a lovely calming and clean space, very efficiently run with no wait times, sweet and friendly reception staff. Londent are the real deal. I hadn't been to a dentist for years - mainly because I couldn't find someone I trust in the wild west that is dental care in the UK.But these guys are awesome. Super friendly and helpful on the phone. The lovely receptionist remembers me every time I go in. Calming and clean environment. Upon arrival in London a temporary cap fell out…Per chance I saw this office and to my delight was given an immediate appointment to reset the temporary cap…It was done very professionally and feels fine…I know my US dentist will be pleased that the tooth was well protected during my one month vacation…Thak You so much Londent🙏🏻

Truly the best dental team in London! I am extremely dental phobic having had years of bad treatment and experiences. However, this year I had to have quite a bit of work following an accident. Dr Shefali was kind and caring throughout the whole process, taking time (even on days off) to explain my treatment options and check on my well-being. The standard of work is outstanding - a pain free root canal carried out by Dr Suraj and crown replacement by Dr Shefali. The clinic is a calm, welcoming environment with a friendly reception team to put you at ease. After years of hiding my smile, it has been transformed. I cannot recommend Londent enough, thank you for taking such great care of me.

I attended Londent for a check up and clean after not having been to a dentist for a number of years. The staff were friendly and Dr. Shefali was very professional in her approach and manner. I booked an 80 pound emergency appointment to get my crown reattached. Doctor was very agitated by anything and everything she seemed stressed and impatient and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The whole thing took 10 mins for an appointment that was scheduled to be half an hour. It just felt like she didn't care and just wanted to rush through the appointment. I paid 200 pounds into total. Considering the cost of the service I expected a higher level of care and professionalism from the clinic. I'm very disappointed by the treatment of patients.

I have recently completed a course of Invisalign at Londent and I am very happy with the end results.Throughout the treatment I was primarily looked after by Dr Shefali Sood and Millie both of whom were fantastic, however, all staff were great to deal with. Marion in reception is great.The information received as to what work was being carried out and why it was being carried out was always clear and I liked the fact I could see what results we were trying to achieve at the start of each set of braces.Happy to recommend Londent who's treatment was excellent from start to finish.

I have tried many a dentist in my lifetime, it used to always be a chore and something I would fear and ultimately put off… HOWEVER…When I was recommended Londent my fears were immediately put to bed.I have been a patient of Dr Shefali and her team for a few years and they are incredibly personable, knowledgeable and professional. When walking through the door at Londent you are immediately made to feel comfortable with a warm greeting from Marian or Millie and then been shown into your treatment room by Dr Shefali or her team.I have had various treatments with Londent from routine check ups, hygienist appointments, fillings, whitening and have recently had Invisalign treatment there- where they treated me with great care throughout and really catered to my needs.Since having my Invisalign treatment I have now gained the confidence to smile again at my wedding later this year!Thanks Dr Shefali, Millie and Marian for everything you have done and I fully recommend patients using Londent

I visited Londent and had an initial consultation with Dr Panayiotis Kaimakamis (Periodontist). What an absolute dream he was from start to finish. I was quite anxious regarding some rather complex periodontal surgery I needed ASAP and his customer care, subject matter expertise and surgical skills in my humble opinion remain unmatched. Dr Shefali Sood and her team absolutely transformed my teeth through Invisalign. She was incredibly approachable, always had time for me, was very accommodating when work pressures would make scheduling appointments more challenging and has been the most positive experience I have had at the dentist.
